KAPA HAKA

Kapa Haka is a very popular option atHavelock North Intermediate School. Last year we had 200 students join this group.Kapa Haka is taught each week by a number of teachers and a very skilled Tutor.

Students who take up this option will learn

• te reo,
• waiata,
• haka and
• te reo kuri.

The Kapa Haka group performs

• for formal occasions at school
• in the yearly Masterton Cultural Exchange.
• for community groups and for community events
