Reporting

We aim to inform parents of their childs progress and achievements throughout the year.

An Information Sharing Appointment, a Parent/Student/Teacher Conference and two Written Reports are completed each year to provide an honest appraisal of each childs progress and achievements.

The following formal occasions are set down for Parent Information:
Early March - Meet the Teacher Evening
Early March - Parent/Student/Teacher Information Sharing Appointment (if requested)
End of each Term - student Portfolios sent home
June - Mid-Year Student Reports (Written)
June - Parent/Student/Teacher Conference
December (early) - End of Year Student Report (Written)

Technology/Music Reports accompany Mid Year and End of Year Reports. Second Language Learning Reports accompany the End of Year Report.

All reporting to parents will identify positive attitudes and developments and will identify shortcomings in terms of solutions to be implemented.
